The lounge had a cozy vibe with whisky available . couldn't find any armchair, tho.

The location is unbeatable and good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a kid-friendly museum. Also, it is just off the center, northern Scotland and the airport.

the breakfast is superb with home baked breads, has gorgeous food. the rooms are nicely decorated and bright, equipped with a storage space and coffee. the location is great, 2 km from a friendly museum.

Had a lovely stay! The breakfast was great with amazing coffee, and the cozy room was spotlessly clean. Just wish I had a chair to relax in. A great experience!

Fantastic find by chance!

We stumbled upon this amazing guesthouse and it was such a treat! Super clean and so cozy, you can tell everything's been thought out nicely. Breakfast was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the options for packed lunches! The only thing was that parking was a bit tricky at times.

The hosts provided a warm welcome, and I loved the excellent breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread. My upgraded room was comfortable, clean, and well-located near restaurants.

I noticed the single room was quite cramped without a chair, and there was no en suite toilet, which could be inconvenient for some. The lighting felt a bit too dim for reading comfortably.

Cawdor house might have been nice if I'd had a chair in my room instead of just a bland light. That bagged breakfast was an absolute joke-two pieces of fruit and a croissant with no contents! Didn't anyone think I woudl ve been deserving of a room upgrade after all this nonsense? I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.

The hosts. We were actually surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, with fresh ingredients and excellent coffee.

Cawdor House provides a cute atmosphere with really good hosts, Anika and Andy. My superior room was bright and airy, with stripped back floorboards, high ceilings, and an everything was super clean shower room. I appreciated the added touch of homemade shortbread upon arrival. The location is convenient, a short walk to beautiful beaches and local shops. Breakfast offerings looked inviting, indicating a good dining experience next time.
